TOMATOES WITH THYME AND CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 large tomatoes
Grated cheddar cheese
2 cloves of garlic
Thyme
Chili Peppers
Liquid oil
Salt
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into rings.
Put the oil in the pan and put the tomatoes in it.
Put the chopped garlic between them.
Fry tomatoes on both sides.
Sprinkle some thyme, paprika and salt.
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and cover it.
Cook until the cheddars melt.
