Integral pancakes with banana


Ingredients:

- 1 banana - 250 ml milk - 2 eggs - 200g oatmeal flour - Dates fruit - 1 teaspoon cinnamon power - 2 soup poon oil

Process:

1 - Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until creamy dough.
2- Melt the oil in a skillet and pour a ladle of pasta into the skillet.
3-Cook over medium heats until bubbles appear on the surface turned the pancakes over and let it cook for another minute.
4-Finally, serve the pancakes with honey and fruit to taste.

The pampushky are traditionally served with red borscht. In Ukraine, they use new or wet garlic, I couldn’t find it here, so used regular garlic.
